William Jeffrey Wood's Obituary
William Jeffrey Wood, age 63, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025. Born on October 16, 1961, Jeff was the beloved son of the late Billy S. and Patricia Wood.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Beverly Wood, who stood by his side with unwavering love and support. Jeff and Beverly had a full life together. They always entertained and were known as “The Party House.” They loved to go dancing with their friends and travel with their family. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Austin (Madeline) Wood and Alyssa Wood, who were the light of his life. Jeff was also a beloved brother to John, Jimmy, and Ben, with whom he shared many cherished memories and adventures. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark.
Jeff was a devoted husband, a loving and involved father, and a cherished brother. He helped coach Austin’s baseball and was involved in Alyssa’s skating. Jeff was overjoyed to see Austin get married, a moment he cherished deeply. He was always willing to lend a helpful hand. He was an auxiliary member of the VFW in Columbia Station. He had a passion for his 1969 Camaro and enjoyed target shooting with his son.
Jeff will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

A Visitation to honor Jeff will be held at Sunset Memorial Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 on Thursday, February 6, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Sunset Memorial Chapel on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 10:00 am, with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, Ohio.
