Willis G. Van Gilder,86, of Cleveland, OH passed away peacefully on December 25th, 2021. He was born on October 31st,1935 to the late William F. and Ella Van Gilder (Nee’ Smith) in Alexander, West Virginia. Loved by many, Willis will be missed, by his loving wife of 65 years, Patricia; his children; Vivian Van Gilder, Kevin (Jeanette) Van Gilder and Pamela (Guy) Ambrosetti; his grandchildren; Shaun, Bryce (Lynnette), Timothy, Angela (John), Eric, Kevin Jr. (Cara), Cory, and Heather; his great-grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Tyler, Makayla and Riley; his siblings Margel (Rosalie), Larry, Roger (Patricia) and Avenelle Sturgill. Willis is preceded in death by his siblings; Harold, Donald and Gene Van Gilder. Family will accept family and friends on Friday January 7th ,2022 from 11:00am- 12:30p with funeral ceremony to follow at 12:30 at Parma Park Church of God, 12000 Huffman Road Parma, OH 44130. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park at 1:30pm.
