Tony was a prince of a guy…I worked with him at the power plant ….just found out he had passed…..my heart is so saddened .
Tony was just a great man and will be terribly missed.
Tony was a super guy and a gentle giant. He was a great friend to Vermilion Power Boats and the Vermilion community in general. His legacy will live on. May the Scarpelli family find some peace. Jeff R.
