I wish to extend my deepest sympathy and prayers to the Neifer Family upon Carls sudden passing. I truly enjoyed playing golf on Monday evenings with Carl. A fun guy with a great smile and an awesome personality. Carl was very methodical addressing the golf ball and one of the best putters I know of. Carl, a toast to you my friend and until we meet again rock on!!
Although Carl and I did not maintain a long-standing relationship, I remember with fondness the time that my brother and I were on the same little league team with the Neifer brothers. He threw me my first curve ball (didn't hit it). It was a great time in our youths and my heart goes to his family. Blessings to all of you.

So sorry for your loss. I knew Carl through the Westshore NASA bowling league at Buckeye Lanes. We always enjoyed bowling against Carl's team because he was such a friendly competitor. His deep voice, warm smile, Ben Hogan cap, and company will be sorely missed.
I extend my sympathies to Carl’s family. We enjoyed Carl so much in the choir at St. Brendan’s Parish. His deep bass was an anchor to the men’s section. But more than that, he was a kind gentleman. He would tell stories of singing with the kitchen crew during his sales, and I understand that he even wrote a book! Still, more importantly because it is close to my heart, Carl came out to 40 Days for Life campaign and prayed the rosary with a group from St. Brendan in front of Planned Parenthood in Bedford Hgts. He is one to be imitated and admired. Dear God, welcome Carl into Your loving arms!
Carl’s passing is a shock and I am so sorry to hear and am praying for him & his family. On one of the posts below is a Carl baseball memory. I played on a summer team with him after High School. Carl did have a fantastic arm…as his first baseman when he pitched I would have to catch his pick off throws. He could "bring the heat” even to first base! Also, enjoyed playing golf with him at Kent State’s Golf Course. Many good times! Happy to hear he sang in his church choir! May the Lord Bless him!

Carl was a delight to be around. He was a real class act! Like so many in our magical class of 1970, he was extremely likable, intelligent, and I never heard a negative comment about him! I am sure his family will be at a great loss. He a was special guy. Bye Carl! It won’t be long till we all make the journey. God be with you. mw
Carl was the ultimate conservative philosoper, well read knowledgeable and passionate with great conviction. He also had a gifted sense of humor. He was a joy to know for the past 53 years. He once threw a guy out from right field on a strike to the plate from right field. A great arm he had! He will be missed by me. Sorry for your losss and I am sure he is resting in peace!
I’m totally shocked to hear of Carl’s passing. He was a good friend and one of the best sales reps during my 35 years at Stanley Tools. In later years I was fortunate to
have him in my sales region. He knew how to sell and did a great job in his territory. His nickname was “knifeman”. We stayed in touch over the years, and both of us were cut from the same political cloth. We shared many a political anecdote and were both concerned about the future.
