Cathy was a most remarkable woman. Anyone who spent five minutes in her presence felt they had found a friend for life. I could fill volumes with adventures from our misspent youth, but she was so much more than that. A friend that was more like family, she was with me on the happiest day of my life when my son was born, and was proud of all his accomplishments from kindergarten through college and beyond. She was also there for me during some dark days with love and support. I will miss her smile, that infectious laugh, and knowing she was just a call away. I am a better person for having known her. What I do have is her love. Always her love. Fly high my dear friend, you will always be with me. Until we meet again…
