Mr. Carroll was as our Policeman on Mars Avenue. Whether he was stopping to tell you to get out of the street, advising you on what type of fish to get from the shop or telling you jokes while he worked at the grocery store, he will fondly be remembered. Peace to you Officer Carroll, your shift is done.
