Uncle Dale was always so kind and a pleasure to be around. He always left a positive impact. My dad and Dale met in the military and were friends for over 50 years. Both Ginny and Dale have always been so generous and good to us. He left a wonderful legacy and will be greatly missed.

Uncle Dale was such a nice and interesting person to be around over the years. He had a remarkable life with his military service and business success. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Ginny. I have known them both since I was little as my dad was best of friends with Dale for 50 years dating back to their military years as young men. I would like to say thank you to him one last time for how well he treated my siblings and me. Uncle Dale will always be remembered and greatly missed. I am glad my dad and him shared a lifetime of friendship and that I got to know him well over the years.

My friend Dale, we became friends in 1972 when we both started at Midland Steel Products. I enjoyed our weekly Friday walks through the plant when we would solve company problems and discuss our future plans. We worked together at Midland for over 20 years. As both of our careers changed paths working for different companies, we still kept in contact golfing, going to sporting events, dinners out and simply visiting each others homes. We remained close friends as couples along with our wives Ginny & Jean. Our sons, Jim & Mike, grew to know you and respect you. They would frequently ask over the many years "How's Mr. Spencer doing?" We remained very close friends over 48 years and I remember how often we would say we're more like brothers than friends.
