Dave liked to have friends around, enjoyed the fireside nights with the brothers of out church, he always contributed to the fellowship at mens breakfast and the bible study on Saturday mornings. He was a prayer warrior, loved God and family He was very proud of them all. He always supported his wife when they gave there time and talents to potluck dinners at our church, Dave did not have a selfish bone in his body, always ready to lend a helpful hand to whoever needed it, A God fearing man and a loving Father. Dave will be greatly missed by all who knew Him. I thank God for taking your suffering away my Brother. I know God is welcoming you into His Kingdom. you are now in a Safe place, looking at eternal life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May we all Have the humble spirit you have achieved, with great admiration, you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, You have kept the Faith. My sweet cousin “Davey” was the friendliest, most welcoming person I knew. He always greeted me with a big smile and “cousin Sue, how are you?!” In his enthusiastic voice. Even in his last days, he had that beautiful smile. We will miss and love him always. God bless Dave and keep him in peace and love. ♥️
David always had a smile on his face and he would hold out his hand to help me walk into church at times. cause I am legally blind and this was before he was ill so he was there to help others in need. Then one day while he was ill we we helped each other walk into the church while Lynn was talking with my husband who Dave always loved being at mens group with.
