David Charles Domann's Obituary
David Charles Domann, 68, of North Olmsted, Ohio, passed away on February 14, 2026.
Born on December 4, 1957, in Parma, Ohio, David built a life centered around faith, family, friendship, and community. He retired as a CDL driver for Foodliner, dedicating many years of hard work and pride to his career.
David was the loving son of Marilyn Lynch (née Miller) and the late David Albert Domann. He was the cherished stepson of Thomas Lynch and Tamsin Haseley (née Lee). He was preceded in death by his sister Pamela Shanahan (née Domann) (Michael) and his step-sister Bethanne Flamik (née Hoyt). He is survived by his siblings Thomas (Moira), Michael (Jody), and Mark. He also leaves behind his half siblings Brian Lynch (Ellen) and Timothy Lynch (Jennifer); his step-siblings Belen Poltorak (née Hoyt) (Michael), Bobby Hoyt (Carolyn), and Billy Hoyt (Emily). He was also the beloved uncle to many.
David was the beloved husband of Magdalena “Lynn” (née Manalo) for nearly 34 wonderful years. He was a devoted father to Karen Belko (née Rawley) (Jamie), David Jr. (Jessica), Stacy (Deraybo), Matt, and Melissa Madama (née Domann) (Ben). His pride and joy were his grandchildren: Alyssa, Manny (Reina), Lily, Amelia, Dominic, Steven, Eli, Alexandria, Zeke, Marcella, Amara, LeAnna, and McKayla. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Oliver, MJ, and soon-to-be-born Charlotte.
David loved being surrounded by family and friends. He enjoyed traveling, attending concerts, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, spending time outdoors, and gathering at the North Olmsted Senior Center. He was actively involved in his church and found strength and fellowship in his faith. A true social butterfly, David never met a stranger – he could spark up a conversation with anyone and leave them smiling.
