Diana Konarski's Obituary
Diana "Dee" Konarski, age 74, of Westlake, Ohio went home to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 17, 2026. She was the dear daughter of the late Leonard S. Konarski and Helen (nee Kolomichuk) Konarski. She will be deeply missed by her twin sister, Dolores "Dodie" Konarski. Also surviving her are cousins and many close and dear friends.
Dee was employed by Ohio Bell right out of high school, retiring as an Executive Secretary after 35 years of service. She loved golfing, bowling, softball and racquetball, as well as working in the yard. Another passion was volunteering at several cat rescues over the years. She especially loved helping out at Kitten Krazy in Medina. Her favorite places to visit were Hawaii and Hilton Head, visiting both many times.
Dee put up a long and courageous fight against cancer. She battled for over 10 years. She truly fought the good fight and is now resting with her beloved Jesus.
Memorial visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial, Legacy building, 6451 Columbia Road, Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138 on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the service at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Westwood-Abbey Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Tunnel to Towers or Kitten Krazy, Medina in memory of Dee would be appreciated.
