We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Doris Ann Wheeler (nee Suszkowski), 82, of Rocky River Ohio. Doris passed away on the morning of June 16th. 2025 after a lengthy battle with heart disease. Doris, the oldest child of Read Obituary
I worked with Doris at Westwood Country Club when Greg Pick was the Mgr. I absolutely adored her! We had a funny game going on where we hid the "fluorescent letter E" in a spot on the other person's desk. When found, it was the other person's turn. Lots of laughs. I left in 1987. Lots of fun memories with her and the rest of the office staff. My condolences to her family.
Doris, we haven’t seen much of each other over the years because my job kept transferring me from city to city. I saw you several times in the last couple of years that was great. I remember the good old days when we were all children and we had that difficult difficult growing up. Our mother divorced our father I was seven you’d been 10 my special memories are always going for the Christmas tree with mom and getting a tree that had all kinds of holes in it because it didn’t cost very much and they would give her branches and we would bring it home at all. This would tie the branches into the tree so it would look good. You would always tell everyone how many Bulbs should go on and where they should go and where the lights should be and how they should look. No one ever listened to you. Our family didn’t have a car children. We didn’t have bicycles. But I don’t really remember any really bad bad days. You’ve had a difficult few years with your health and now you’re back with your hubby George the man you love so dearly all your years. We will all see each other again one day.
