Our first meeting at a singles ballroom dancing event. I went with girl friends pressuring me. I never ballroom danced. I was standing watching the dancing when a voice next to me said "Are you going to dance or hold up the wall all night?" I looked and there was Eddie, all 5'7" grinning at me & me 5'9" with 2" heels. I made every excuse with the last being i can't dance in these heels. He said let me see one of those & took my shoe, put it in his suit pocket & asked for the other one saying "c'mon I'll show you how to do this, I know what I'm doing" He proceeded to spin me around the room barefoot. He was exceptionally good dancer. He then suggested we go to a bar where his fav band was playing & when I said no, he said you can drive your car & follow me. I said no I don't feel safe with that. He took out his badge telling me to feel how real it was and that he was not going to hurt me. We danced to his band then he sabotaged me with a long kiss and that was the beginning of 28yrs of passion, love, friendship. There is no one like him. Truly unforgettable
