Evelyn, what I remember the most about working with you during my 17 years at FM Global was how calm you were "under fire" when the pressures of our jobs were the greatest. You always had a way of making a tough situation look better and gave all of us salesman great advice over the years. On a personal note, you always were so very proud of your son and his family. Finally, our little joke between us was that you often referred to me as your "hero" stemming from when I dove in the water to help you after you injured yourself trying to water ski at one of the Arkwight Sales Conferences.
