Evelyn Joyce Scott Pittock's Obituary
Evelyn Joyce Scott Pittock, 82, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2021. Evelyn was born on December 24, 1938. She graduated from Fairview High School in 1957. Evelyn was an administrative assistant at Arkwright Mutual FM Global for many years before retiring. Evelyn was a beautiful, kind lady who was a lot of fun to be around. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her many friends and watching the various animals that would wander into her backyard.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Scott and Winifred Pinter, her brother James Scott, and her niece Jennifer (Scott) Freeman. Evelyn leaves behind her son Kenneth Pittock Jr., grandchildren Cara Pittock and Trey Pittock, sister-in-law Judy Scott, nephew James Scott Jr. and his wife Vicki, great-nephews David Scott and Nicholas Scott, and great-nieces Stephanie Freeman and Rachel Scott. She also leaves her dear friends Dean and Laura Cotton and Susan Work, who helped her immensely during the last few years.
A committal service will take place at Sunset Memorial Park on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 11am. Please arrive at the Sunset Chapel located at 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 no later than 10:45am to prepare for procession.
