Fran, you will always be remembered as the epitome of strength. As the oldest brother to the six of us, we looked up to you and you ruled (sort of). From the football fields of Ridgeville High to the Army and Vietnam and finally to a career with the Cleveland Police Department your strength carried you through and you did yourself and your family proud. But in your biggest battle--cancer, you took the most unselfish path. You made it possible for us to replace the gaps in our lives with the sweetest of memories--time to share our love and companionships. And most of all, by your example, you have shown us how to end our journeys with dignity and strength. Rest well, brother. Well done.
