Judith Ann Kaylor's Obituary
Judith Kaylor, 87, of North Olmsted, Ohio, passed away on October 3, 2024. Born on March 1, 1937, she was the beloved daughter of the late Duane and Jewel Downing.
Judith was the devoted wife of the late Ernest Kaylor, with whom she shared a loving marriage of 50 years, having wed on June 30, 1956. She was a cherished mother to Kim (Ken) Delfing and Keith (Nancy) Kaylor, and a proud grandmother to Jason (Theresa) Delfing, Rachael (Tom) Berry, and Katherine Kaylor. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren, Stella Berry and Maxine Berry.
She is also survived by her brothers, Tom Downing and James Downing, and was predeceased by her siblings Jan Downing, Duane Downing.
Judith dedicated many years of her life to Joann Fabrics, where she was known for her expertise and kindness. A charter member of the North Olmsted United Methodist Church since 1966, she was deeply involved in her community and volunteered with Golden Retrievers in Need. Judith had a passion for sewing and was known for her sociable nature and radiant smile, making friends wherever she went.
In her later years, Judith became an avid Cleveland Guardians fan, rarely missing a game. Her warmth, generosity, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Memorial service will be held at North Olmsted United Methodist Church, 4600 Dover Center, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 on Saturday November 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
