Lou LoVullo's Obituary
Lou LoVullo, 94, of Seven Hills, Ohio passed away on May, 2 2021. She was born on February 27, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Anna (nee Sovak) Chovan. Lou was an avid Cleveland sports fan. Not only was she a longtime Cleveland Browns season ticket holder, but she was a lifetime Indians fan. In 1948, prior to winning the Indians winning the World Series, the Cleveland Press photographed Lou holding a lucky rabbit’s foot. The championship went to the Indians and her photo made the front page of the paper. She filled her home with the sweet aroma of her baking and stayed active in to her 90’s by attending jazzercise classes and walking. Loving mother of Craig (Marcey) LoVullo and Keith LoVullo; cherished grandmother of Anthony (Dania) LoVullo, Joshua LoVullo, Carly LoVullo; and treasured great-grandmother of Sophia LoVullo. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Anthony LoVullo; daughter-in-law Denise LoVullo; and siblings William Covan, Anne Pierce, Michael Chovan, John Chovan, and George Chovan. Visitation will be on Wednesday May 5, 2021 from 4-8 PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 10 AM at the Westwood Abbey Mausoleum, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. Entombment will follow.
