Luigi Ventura's Obituary
Luigi Ventura, 65, of North Olmsted, passed away after a year-long battle with Leukemia on June 16, 2018.
Cherished son of Tommaso and the late Petronilla Ventura; beloved husband of Kathie (nee Adkins); loving father of Carl (Leeza) McCormick and Nicole (Joe) Manak; dear grandfather of Spencer, Maryssa and Nathaniel McCormick and Joe and Jakub Manak; cherished brother of Sandy, Ann, Reno (deceased) and Frances Ventura; loving uncle of many.
Luigi was born in Italy on May 24, 1953. He had worked as a garage door installer and then as a bus driver for the North Olmsted school system. Luigi leaves many friends and will always be remembered for his willingness to do anything to help anyone in need.
Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, June 25, 2018, at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted. Committal services will take place at 12 noon, Tuesday, June 26, at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted. Please meet at the Sunset Chapel at 11:45 a.m., where procession to the cemetery will form.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
