Renate enriched everyone's experience at Western Campus of Tri-C. She greeted students, staff and faculty with a ready smile and wisdom when it came to practical ways of getting things done. She was a wonderful person who shined brightly from the inside always. We missed her when she retired but she had earned the rest and relaxation. Our experience at West was nicer because of Renate. Mickey and i will miss you so much we loved all the phone calls we had and all the visits with you. We are so grateful for the friendship ❤️ we had with you for many years. We loved when you called and corrected Mickey's German and I loved when you would call and tell me to make sure i dress warm for work because it was going to be cold.You will always have a special place in our 💕 hearts.
