Ruth G. Hudson's Obituary
Ruth G. Hudson, age 90, of North Olmsted, OH passed away Monday, November 9, 2015.
Born in Kincaid, WV on July 17, 1925 to Mack and Leota Kincaid (both deceased); beloved wife of the late Oddis A. Hudson; cherished mother of Bruce Lee Hudson, who lost his life on November 10, 1975 when the Edmund Fitzgerald sank in Lake Superior. Ruth is survived by one granddaughter, four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, as well as special friends she considered family.
Ruth’s niece, Pam Woodman-Wittig, would like to invite friends and family to a Celebration of Life, which will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015, 2 PM, at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH 44070, where visitation will take place from 1 – 2 PM, one hour PRIOR to the service. Interment will immediately follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, 18335 North Whitefish Point Road, Paradise, MI 49768, Attn: Bruce Lynn.
