Shirley was a part of my early life; especially in 4-H. Shirley and Marilyn were both members of Columbia Jolly Juniors which was advised by my sister, Janet Stone Boggs and Pat Garman Keyse. We used to meet in the Green Clover (later, the beauty shop). What I remember about Shirley was that she was always smiling. Maybe the memories are jaded by time, but we certainly had fun doing things together. My most sincere sympathy to the whole family, but especially to "Brother."
