Stacey Young Dahn was one of those rare people whose presence made a lasting difference in the lives of everyone around her. I had the privilege of working with Stacey on numerous initiatives at KeyBank, including Aspiring Leaders, project management efforts, the Hackathon, and the LPOS Engagement Committee.
Stacey had an incredible gift for seeing the best in people. She radiated positivity, encouraged others to grow, and consistently worked to make things better for her teammates and the organization. She was deeply committed to ensuring that everyone felt included, appreciated, and valued. Her passion for people and her belief in their potential inspired countless individuals, including me.
Stacey's impact on my career and personal growth is immeasurable. She was a trusted colleague, a mentor, an advocate, and a friend whose encouragement and optimism left a lasting mark. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside her and to have learned from her example.
She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of kindness, inclusion, and unwavering belief in others will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.
