Stacey Young Dahn's Obituary
Stacey Young-Dahn was born September 24, 1970, in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away surrounded by love on July 28, 2026. In 1983, she moved to North Ridgeville with her family. She earned a degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
At the time of her passing, she was the Business Management & Optimization Manager for Consumer Loan & Operational Services for Key Bank, where she worked for 20+ years in various roles. Throughout her time at Key Bank, she was consistently selected to manage their team-building and multicultural awareness events, women’s events, and more.
She married Keith Dahn on October 20, 2001. She is survived by her loving husband Keith Dahn, her mother Susan Titterington, aunt Joanne Pahys, her mother-in-law Carol Dahn, her dog Baxter, and her step siblings. She was preceded in death by her father Ed Titterington.
Everyone who knew Stacey can attest to her proclivity for laughter, her ability to shine a light in the darkness, and her absolutely unparalleled humor and zingers. She had a knack for lightening everyone’s mood, and had an unparalleled energy that she freely shared with all. No matter what difficulties she was going through, she found time for others in her family, at work, and among her many friends. She was creative on several levels, including scrapbooking, stationery and journal-making, and various arts and crafts endeavors. Anyone lucky enough to receive one of her handmade items labelled “Made by Stacey” was gifted a thoughtful treasure filled with care and kindness. She expressed herself through her wardrobe and accessories as well, like the true “Valley Girl” she was.
She was a natural leader with awesome organizational skills, who took every big or small task equally seriously. From serving in student council leadership roles at North Ridgeville High School where she coordinated everything from student assemblies to school dances, to coordinating all manner of specialized events, conferences, workshops, and gatherings for thousands throughout her years at Key Bank, she always led with passion and pizzaz. She was strong in her faith, and strong in her belief of goodness. Despite her innate wisdom and introspective nature, she always offered a refreshing spontaneity, silliness, and innocence we all adored. In short, she took everything and everyone to heart, and had fun along the way.
Stacey’s striking blue eyes will forever shine throughout all the lives she touched. We hope she continues to watch over us with them, sharing her strength and sincerity that reminded us who we really are: children of God, here to connect and share love, beauty, and kindness with each other. She showed us the way, each and every day, through her cheerful greetings, upbeat attitude, perceptive observations, and pure honesty. Let us keep her spirit alive by being kind, thoughtful, and caring to everyone we encounter. #Forever(Stacey)Young
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 29th, 2026 @1:00PM-1:30PM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Visitation will follow immediately after the memorial service in the Sunset Chapel, 1:30PM-4:00PM.
